Churches are a great place to hold chess classes.

CheckMates Chess Academy hold summer kids chess classes at the Chicago Northwest Suburban Chinese Christian Church (CNSCCC). Kids Chess Classes take place at CNSCCC on Kirchoff Road in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. These kids chess classes are open to children of all chess levels, and are a great way to keep your child sharp minded during summer vacation. Beginner chess players will learn how to play chess including how to move the chess pieces along with check and checkmate. Players who already know the rules to chess will learn chess strategies and tactics such as pins, forks, skewers. As with all CheckMates Chess Classes, our focus will be on making sure kids walk away from chess classes with skills that will help them both on and off the board.
